With someone as talented and multi-faceted as Linda Levine, it can be difficult to convey all of her areas of expertise in one easy-to-use website.

As the online representation of Linda’s diverse coaching and educational offerings,  the newly redesigned SurpriseEnterprise.com had to be all things to all people. Parents must be able to see Linda’s clowning and educational side. Employers had to be impressed with her professional knowledge and list of clients. Jewish Learning organizations had see into her personable and charitable nature.

The greatest challenge of this project was incorporating the professional and tailored aspects of Linda’s corporate workshops with the creative and fun aspects of her personal and family-based workshops. Furthermore, the project had to be wrapped around an easy-to-use and search engine friendly platform.

Lucid Path came to the rescue, surveying the needs of the client and determining a course of action. Outside designers and CMS experts were interviewed and hired, and immediately began with an in-depth analysis of the project. Throughout the process, Lucid Path facilitated communications between the design firm and the client, who at the onset of the project had expressed concerns and anxieties relating to the tech aspect.

Wordpress was chosen as the Content Mangement System due to it’s stable operation and ease-of-use. Linda and her administrative staff were trained and educated on how to use WordPress to make the everyday changes and tweaks that are so prevalent in her line of work.

A custom template and design were engineered from scratch based on both the client’s requirements and the acknowledged Web 2.0 standards. Technologies such as jQuery, HTML5, and AJAX were harnessed to provide a seamless and consistent browsing experience on both desktop and mobile applications.

The completed project has already begun to generate new business and an improved perception of Linda’s business. With compliments and praise already coming in from both new and existing clientele, we are very excited to see how the site progresses. With time, Lucid Path will be working with Linda to improve her Social Media presence, creating a presence for Surprise Enterprise on Facebook, Twitter, and the company Blog.
